As "Garland of Roses" level sponsors, our firm was able to contribute to AccessHealth Spartanburg's 4th annual Derby Day fundraiser. The event took place on May 3, 2014, which coincided with the Kentucky Derby. Those who came out to the event were able to watch the race and sip mint juleps while helping to raise money for this important non-profit.
AccessHealth's primary objective is to link low income, uninsured clients to primary and specialty care—which is accomplished by local physicians donating their time and services. Any additional funding that is provided to AccessHealth through grants, partnerships and donors allows the organization to better serve the 40,000 residents of Spartanburg County who do not have adequate medical coverage.
