Emily Giberson
As a dedicated Paralegal and Office Manager, Emily has been an integral part of the team since 2017. She earned her Associate in Applied Science from Midlands Technical College in 2015, building a strong foundation for her career in the legal field.
In her role, she handles all of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation cases while also overseeing the firm’s personal injury files. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping clients make her a valued and trusted member of the team.

Outside of the office, she resides in West Columbia with her husband and their four beloved dogs. A true animal lover, she has a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds. In her free time, she enjoys doing nails, being a homebody, and catching up on her favorite television shows. She especially enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with the people—and pets—she loves most.
