Emily Giberson joined our office in 2017. She is a graduate of Midlands Technical College with a degree in Applied Sciences. Emily serves as our office's legal secretary. Her duties include assisting clients with scheduling appointments as well as court appearances, filing all paperwork with the different Courts, forwarding documentation to our clients, as well as welcoming new clients into the office and ensuring that clients receive timely responses to any questions or inquiries. She assists mainly with our personal injury and civil matters. As a member of our legal support staff, Emily respects all clients' rights to confidential and privileged communications with our office. Clients can directly communicate with Emily by phone or email anytime they have questions regarding the status of their case, or have new information or documents to share with their attorney.

Emily resides in West Columbia with her husband, Cory, and their three dogs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
